PKR Brings Mobile Gaming to Android Users

PKR.com's mobile gaming application rollout continues with the release of a new version of the site for Android devices. Like the recently launched iPhone and iPad PKR apps the Android program will let players enjoy real-money poker play while on the go.
The Android version of PKR.com brings a faithful version of the popular online poker network to smartphones and tablets powered by Google's operating system. Players can enjoy real-money sit and go and ring games after downloading the free application. The app's ring game tables range from as cheap as $0.01/$0.02 to as expensive as $25/$50 while sit and go games will feature stakes from an inexpensive $0.10 to a substantial $1,000. PKR plans to add further game types, tournament multi-tabling features and more in the future.
PKR.com's Chief Operating Officer, Leon Walters, said that it was important for his company to develop an Android version of the app since "we've always appreciated the importance of offering our unique software across a wide range of mobile devices." Now that the majority of smartphone and tablet owners can access PKR from anywhere they wish, Walters said that his business is "ready for a full scale assault on the mobile market." PKR.com's Android app is compatible with devices such as the LG Nexus 4, HTC One and phones from Samsung's Galaxy series.
