PKR.Com and London’s The Fox Poker Club Announce London Calling Festival

PKR.Com and London’s The Fox Poker Club have teamed up to bring poker fans a fantastic month of live dealer tournaments with buy-in amounts appropriate for any level of player. Throughout October and early November the two poker giants will host London Calling, a festival dedicated to the beloved game, sharing fantastic prizes and the chance to compete for bragging rights at a massive series of events.
Beginning on 11th October and running for 28 days, London Calling will give poker players the opportunity to enjoy a total of 57 tournaments. The games are staked to suit any bankroll with buy-ins set at amounts as low as £20 and as high as £100. Various playing styles will also be represented, London Calling featuring no-limit hold ‘em, heads-up, pot-limit Omaha, pot-limit Omaha eight games and a two-day HORSE series. The festival will wrap up on 7th November with a £300 buy-in main event and a PKR.Com leaderboard will see online participants being able to covert finishing position points into stacks that can be used at a future PKR freeroll tourney.
The Fox Poker Club and PKR.Com told press that London Calling was designed in order to give all levels of players the ability to compete in a high quality tournament without the intimidating stakes of professional series. PKR.Com is celebrating more than four years of success in the online poker industry and has recently revealed that it holds 3.75 million registered members and has provided almost three million dollars in freeroll tournaments.
